Commander Intermediate

Description

The Commander Intermediate course builds upon the knowledge gained in Commander Basic by preparing leaders to move beyond managing the day-to-day operations of a VFW Post and toward leading organizational growth, developing officers, strengthening governance, improving financial health, resolving conflict, and creating a culture of excellence.

This course emphasizes strategic leadership, organizational effectiveness, decision-making, volunteer management, and long-term planning.
